Austrian chocolatier Martin Mayer produces handmade chocolate bars made from the best cocoa varieties and lovingly fills them with selected fruits from the region - including specialties such as Qunice, Brunnerling Old Apple or Plums.

Alto Béni 75%-  The Alto Beni region is located in the La Paz department and is around 60 km from Lake Titicaca, the largest lake in South America with an area of ​​8,288 m². Favored by its climatic influence - the lake represents a large heat store - the cocoa beans ripen here under optimal conditions. The cooperative includes 69 cocoa farmers, the beans from this region are limited due to the small structures.  The Alto Beni 75% variety was awarded the INTERNATIONAL CHOCOLATE AWARD 2018 in silver and in 2017 at the "Great Taste Award" in London as the only Bean to Bar chocolate in Austria with one star!  CHARACTER:  This dark chocolate impresses with an earthy, malty flavor profile. The connoisseur will notice subtle notes of blueberry and walnut.

Maya Mountain 70% - Founded in 2010, Maya Mountain Cacao was the first exporter of High Quality Cacao in Belize. The Transparent Trade pioneers work with more than 350 ORGANIC certified smallholder families in the Toledo district, most of whom are indigenous Q'eqchi' and Mopan Maya.  The Maya Mountain 70% variety was awarded silver by a specialist jury at the INTERNATIONAL CHOCOLATE AWARDS in Amsterdam in 2018 - a great success!  CHARACTER: persistent, unusually fruity aroma with notes of ripe pineapple; a slight acidity makes this chocolate the perfect choice to tickle your senses.

House Plum 65% -  In the orchard of the "Baumgartner", a typical meadow orchard, there are various plum trees. After intensive tasting, we agreed on the plums from a specific tree, which have a particularly typical aroma. These are harvested for our chocolates when they are at their highest point of maturity.  The chocolate has particularly fruity notes, which are rounded off by an original plum brandy from "Baumgartner".  This chocolate was awarded gold by a specialist jury at the INTERNATIONAL CHOCOLATE AWARDS 2018 in Amsterdam - another great success for our classic! 

Quince 63% -  The quince has been cultivated as a fruit tree for thousands of years and belongs to the rose family. The particularly aromatic taste of apple quinces is emphasized in this bar and covered with fine fine chocolate.  This chocolate was awarded bronze by a specialist jury at the INTERNATIONAL CHOCOLATE AWARDS 2018 in Amsterdam - a great success!

Sour Cherries & Coriander 38% - A pinch of coriander gives the finely tart cherry filling spicy notes. The cherries of the "Schattenmorellen" genus, which we harvest when they are fully ripe in our own garden, form a successful contrast to the whole milk chocolate.  This chocolate was awarded silver by a specialist jury at the INTERNATIONAL CHOCOLATE AWARDS 2018 in Amsterdam - a great success for our fruity classic!

Brunnerling Old Apple 70% - The Brünnerling variety is a typical Upper Austrian apple variety and has been found in meadow orchards since around 1600.  We obtain this economic apple from meadow orchards in our immediate vicinity and process it into a particularly fine apple filling.    This chocolate is the result of research cooperation with the Wels University of Applied Sciences, whose aim was to achieve a high polyphenol content in the finished chocolate.  CHARACTER: The taste experience is perfected by an apple brandy from Martin Schosser, which was stored in oak barrels for 6 years.(without nuts , dark chocolate , without gluten , under 2% alcohol)

Walnut & Raisin 70% -  Dark bar chocolate sprinkled with large walnut pieces and plenty of raisins - 70% cocoa content. The walnuts for this tablet chocolate ripen during the summer months on house trees of Hausruckviertler farms and are picked by hand in autumn. The nuts are laboriously removed from the shell and dried by hand. This work is rewarded with a particularly intense aroma.
